Step 1: Let's Get Started

Congratulations on taking the first step toward taking control of your debt. It's important that we work together on this, because you know your situation and we can help.

Just talking things over with a knowledgeable counselor who has helped hundreds of people just like you may be all you need. There is no obligation for this call. Helping you with your debt is our mission. If you prefer, you can get a head start by filling out our online application, and selecting a convenient time for a counselor to call.

Here's how to get started...

Option1. Call for a Phone Consultation:

  1. Call 1-866-694-5317, toll free and speak confidentially with a certified credit counselor.
  2. You and your counselor will assess your situation, and develop a workable budget.
  3. You can then discuss the options available to you to solve your debt problem.

Phone counselors are available from 9am to 11pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, and 10am to 6pm on Saturday. When our offices are closed, you can either leave a message, or use our online application below to schedule a call.

There is no "hard sell" here. We are a non profit counseling agency, and we will not even offer our debt management plan unless it is the best option available to you.

Call 1-866-694-5317 today. To get started right away or click the Get Started button, and complete the application with as much information as you feel comfortable providing, and a counselor will call you back at your convenience.

Option 2.  Complete an Application Online:

You will need the following items in order to complete your application and budget evaluation.

  • A list of your monthly expenses;
  • Monthly income and any additional income sources;
  • At least one current credit card statement.

The process is simple, secure and confidential.
