I didn’t receive an email after using the Forgot Password feature

If you didn’t receive the Forgot Password email, it’s likely that our system couldn’t find your email address. Please try the Create Account link on the login page.

Please make sure you’re logging in with the email address that ACCC has on file for you.

I’m seeing an error message with a code. What does it mean?
Here are some common error codes and their explanations:
  • Error code 1005: The email or password you entered doesn’t match our records. You might need to create an account or double-check that your login details are correct. Please use the Forgot Password link if you need to reset your password
  • Error code 1006: We’re unable to verify your information. This usually means you need to create an account.
  • Error code 1012: Please check your email. After creating an account, we send a verification link to the email you provided. Be sure to click that link to complete your registration.
